Justice Clarence Thomas has, for the past 20 years, affirmatively denied that his spouse receives any non-interest income when filing his annual Ethics in Government Financial Disclosure Statement. It has recently been made public that his spouse in fact has earned in excess of $100,000 annually, and that this income is paid by employers with interests in issues brought before the U.S. Supreme Court. This is clearly in violation of 5 USC app Sec. 104, and likely a violation of 18 USC 1001.
We, the undersigned, are asking the Department of Justice to investigate and, if sufficient evidence is found, prosecute these violations of Federal Law.

A U.S. Supreme Court Justice who is not bound by the rule of law places our nation's judicial system in serious jeopardy.
