A person can get a year in jail for a dime bag of marijuana but this guy gets a ticket for KILLING two people while driving drunk???? Wheres the justice? Corruption at its finest. Not only does this need to be investigated but ultimately the d.a. needa to be removed.

No one could possibly know if that accident would have happened regardless but everything we do know says a person's reaction time is affected by alcohol which then suggests the out come would quite possibly have been different had he not been under the influence. Other people are in prison as we speak, revolving the same situation. If this man does not get held accountable for his actions it will affect how EVERY accident caused by a DUI is handled from this day forward.

Wood County needs people who care about the citizens of this community, that won't disregard justice and will truly protect and serve!
