The Louisiana State Board of Medical Examiners has been unofficially accused of many ethical and criminal violations. Virtually all doctors and attorneys that have dealt with the Board have horror stories they will tell off the record.

Deciding a Doctor's punishment effects all people in Louisiana as bad doctors are allowed to continue practicing if they are white or Tulane graduates, while ethnic minorities are punished for trivial offenses.

A complete public investigation will answer these question:

Does the Board have a track record of not prosecuting Tulane graduates?

Does the Board decide punishment based on race, gender, ethnic background or sexual orientation.

Did the Board give a Doctor with numerous malpractice convection leniency with no record of inquiry in exchange for his expert testimony in numerous cases?

Has the law firm representing the Board promoted racism and ethical impropriety by the Board and knowingly assisted and covered up possible illegal actions by Board members.

Its time for a complete public investigation of the Board followed by replacement of all Board members if ethical violations are found to exist.

Medicine is too important for the Board to be allowed to operate without proper review and investigation on an annual bases.
