Sharon Simmons was a 24 year tenured federal employee with the Small Business Administration (SBA). SBA illegally demoted and terminated my mom with the help of the Merit Systems Protection Board. SBA had my mom working without a PD (Position Description), or a PMAS (Performance Manual Appraisal System) until they terminated. SBA lied about Sheila D. Thomas being her supervisor (she was not), and this is the person who proposed to terminate!! Martin Gold, Acting District Director, was the one who terminated my mom with a letter and no action. Also, he is the one who retaliated after my mom reported him to SBA's IG about him selling and purchasing 8(a) contracts and the CFR he violated!! His reward was that he was able to terminate my mom for AWOL for six(6) days, and he dismissed the charge of insubordination!! SBA took away my mom's duties and created a fake position for Charita Albright and made her an assistant team leader!! No position exists!! SBA was able to do all of this without the authority or approval of the appointing officer!! SBA falsified a charge of AWOL for six(6) days to MSPB and stopped my mom's unemployment under another false charge of insubordination!! SBA illegally backdated and falsified official government documents, and then destroyed my mom's official personnel records!! SBA provided MSPB with these fraudulent documents and MSPB accepted and adjudicated two cases with these fraudulent actions that were committed by SBA. SBA committed a prohibited personnel practice and harmful procedural error, violated there own rules and regulations and the SOP, violated U.S. federal statutes, the color of law and, and the no fear (federal employees anti-discrimination, and retaliation) Act, all with the help of MSPB!! SBA and MSPB misrepresented, deceived, committed fraud and never let my mom know any of this!! There was never a removal action!!! SBA stopped her pay and benefits, closed her out a year later, and replaced her with a white male!! SBA owes my mom money and MSPB is culpable!! Both agencies need to be investigated and criminal actions taken against these officials!! I WANT JUSTICE FOR MY MOM!!!!
