The city of Round Rock needs to be investigated. We had the "water conservation specialist" out and even she can't account for 30,000+ gallons of water. Perhaps my dog is showering and flushing toilets when we're not home and he's in his crate. I don't think it's possible for hundreds of homeowners to have leaks or be overwatering their brown/dying grass.

I have repeatedly requested a review and viable explanation as to why my water bill tripled. The city of round rock stated that my meter was broken, they replaced the meter twice, yet still insist that the readings were correct. I asked how I could escelate my concerns and have been ignored .

I'm afraid that I don't believe the city when they say everyone's meters were correctly read and that all these users had increased their water. This needs investigated by an outside agency.

65,000 gallons in one month. 300.00 dollar bill. Double what we have paid in the past. I don't believe it. Hire a third party that is unbiased to look at this problem.

The City of RR has the ability to erase the vote of no confidence it has chosen to leave sitting on the community's table. But does it have the guts to be honest? I would be willing to stake the cost of my fraudulent water bill to retain a class-action attorney. Long-term water quality and water pricing is at stake.
