Investigate Mayzlin Relocation Bad business practice DOT/FMCSA , FTC, FBI, ICE, IRS.

We, the undersigned former customers and concerned consumers, formally request a thorough review and investigation into the business practices and services of Mayzlin Relocation. Our collective experiences — which reflect dozens of independent reviews and official complaints — indicate a pattern of misleading sales tactics, failure to meet delivery commitments, poor communication, and inadequate handling of customer goods.
Many customers were assured specific delivery dates during the quote and sales process, only to experience multiple weeks of delay without clear updates or accountability. Others reported being required to pay additional unexpected fees before their belongings would be unloaded — sometimes under threat that their items would remain in storage or returned.
We have documented numerous instances of damaged, crushed, or missing items, from furniture and household goods to electronics, with many customers finding the claims process difficult, slow, or unsuccessful. In several cases, representatives were unresponsive, dismissive, or unhelpful when customers attempted to resolve issues or request escalation.
Additionally, contracts and quotes appear to contain delivery windows and terms that were not transparently explained before signing, leaving customers unaware of potential extended timelines or optional expedited delivery fees. They promised not to hire day laborers only to use background and drug tested employees. Meanwhile we've dealt with people who were hired on Facebook, craigslist, or right off a ship with no ability to speak English. This company lied about being Veterans only to do homework and learn half the staff has criminal records and the other aren't even American! This isn't the service we were promised or paid for!
These recurring issues across dozens of independent consumer reviews suggest a systemic problem with transparency, customer communication, and basic service fulfillment. For these reasons, we request an investigation into Mayzlin Relocation’s compliance with consumer protection standards, fairness in contracting and pricing, and overall professional moving practices.
Once we fulfill this petition I plan on bringing this information to the attorney general in FL and NC. Along with a letters to the FTC, DOT, and am working on communicating this to the IRS, and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Mayzlin Relocation you messed with the wrong people this time! We wont rest until all your bad business practices is brought to light!
