Logan county children services has been at my house for 13 months on and off from a call that keeps being made I've taken 7 drug test and passed them all but still need more due to the fact that I keep getting cases closed and no positive drug test not only that they put me as unsansiated in one of the reports because I was a victim when kids where in the house when I got busted across the face with a cup so.ething needs done asap

I agree Children's Services needs to have a better governing body. I was appalled when I found out my grandson was taken from my daughter only to be placed in the care of an alcoholic who had attempted suicide twice. I found out because the foster mother made the news with a suicide attempt. It was in the Examiner, for crying out loud. Icalled CS to find out where the kids were while she was binge drinking, hungbover for who knows how long? Where was my grandson while she was slicing her wrists a second time??? CS claimed to have had no idea Janice Finch is a self professed alcoholic, who twice attempted suicide. Why aren't foster parents backgrounds better investigated? How is that environment a better home than I could have provided? CS deems 'different' as 'better', but all that funding certainly did not go into making sure my grandson was safe.

I agree so many kids being hurt and then the ones that they don't need to investigate their all up in it. But our children that need help they turn the other check.

Crooked. Woman state has played out. It should be, best parent state... Plus the connection with sheriffs and there wives in county services is sickening... And all children services workers, SHOULD HAVE CHILDREN!!!

I've had multiple problems with logan county chukdren services trying to get back custody of my own son. I've gotten nothing but the run around and while completing everything in my case plan and moved to be closer to my oldest two children have been told to start all over again. Something needs to be done about the case workers as when you are given a case plan and complete it you should not still be fighting to even see your child while other cases that are serious are being neglected and children are dying for lack of support from the people who should be protecting them....

When there are children dieing because of your lack of being able to to a job your jobs! Obviously something isn't right and we're going to make sure it !
