To governor Desantis: the unorthodox and illegal use of the Coquina Water Control District in Okeechobee Florida for purposes far removed from its jurisdiction and the freewheeling use of our tax dollars begs an investigation from your office, the sole authority over water districts in Florida. We have had years of board members abusing the district for personal agendas with no relief from its overseers i.e. the governors office.

We need a complete investigation of coquina's history of voting fraud, sheriff and deputy abuse of landowners.. misuse of public funds by the county too
please stop them from using our money for lawsuits, and the intimidation to keep us quiet....most are felons are they have drug convictions.
these people are abusing their positions to turn our homes into an atv park.

I solely agree with what this stands for, also agree this has been going on for years. This district takes our money and gives very little in return, we have asked for years, our county as well as sheriff and other officials have had issues with this water district board, this needs to be looked into drastically for the sake of ALL tax payers involved!
