To governor Desantis: the unorthodox and illegal use of the Coquina Water Control District in Okeechobee Florida for purposes far removed from its jurisdiction and the freewheeling use of our tax dollars begs an investigation from your office, the sole authority over water districts in Florida. We have had years of board members abusing the district for personal agendas with no relief from its overseers i.e. the governors office.
