It took 11 Months for the Georgia Army National Guard to render anyMedical Care toStaff Sergeant Ross after sustaining a Right Inguinal Hernia in his(Groin). SSG Ross sustained his injuryin the line of Duty at Fort Stewart, GA, Sept. 2013 during theWar Games. SSG Ross was deliberately lied to by SSG Denmark 3 different timesover a 3 monthduration of time. When SSG Ross went to his Commander he was threatened and retaliated against. The Georgia Army National Guard formally responded to Congressman Gingrey stating that SSG Ross was never injured in the line of duty. A few months later a Dept of Defense Memo concluded that SSG Ross was actually found to be injured in the line of duty.
