The Early Year Services are a vital part to our childrens development and growth. It is time for the government and indeed our society to recognise the dedicated Childcare Workers and Service providers who work in this area. We need to invest in the childrens future in this country. All research shows investment at this level is invaluable.
Early year educators should be given the respect they deserve with a decent wage and recognition for all they do. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH

We cannot survive with payment for 38 weeks of the year. We need a 52 week salary. I want to be recognised for the hard work and dedication I have poured into this sector for over 15yrs.
