there is a vast amount of distrust between the police and the communities they serve. A sure way to see that turn around is for the public to see cops holding cops accountable. I see more and more videos of bad cops beating suspects who are restrained and all the while fellow officers stand by and do nothing. We the citizenry see it too and yet we are not allowed to intervene despite the lawlessness of it. I NEED to see GOOD COPS step in and stop the abuse of power. Are there none of you out there? Where are you?.

Tape recorders in the court rooms too.
There has to be accountability I think more camera's in the Hands of its citizens will help But we must be able to observe these police JUST IN CASE they need a witness.
make sure before they film the brutality, to stop it first.
