Along with ipetitions, other approach should be taken to collect signature of the community members. Wherever there is any community program, drive should be given to collect signatures. Then it may be possible to reach the target. Another approach can be taken to collect signature after Jumaa prayer in different mosques where Bangladeshis pray Jumaa

I wish I could take Bengali in HSC back in 1998

There are lots of Bangla speaking people living in NSW. So bangla should be considered to introduce as an ATAR subject in NSW.

Bengali (Bangla) should be considered as an ATAR subject at HSC exam

It is about time the government gave due recognition to a language which is ranked eighth in the world in terms of the number of people speaking the language. It is also the leading language in the sub-continent in terms of its profile. It has the richest literature of all the languages in the Indo-Pak-Bangla sub-continent. It is the only language in the world for which its speakers gave their lives and the UN still commemorates the occasion by observing the World Language Day on 21st February.
