We the students, faculty, and staff of Temple Kornberg School of Dentistry, to protect the lives of ourselves and the community we serve petition the city of Philadelphia to install:

· Pedestrian Crash barriers on both sides of Westmoreland near Rite-Aid.

· A 10 second left turn signal for all northbound traffic on Broad Street.

· A 20 second pedestrian crossing for Broad Street with all traffic halt for Broad street during that time.

· Speed bumps to be installed on Westmoreland before (1) Rite-Aid and the (2) Jamaican restaurant to slow down drivers who rush to make the light.

· Traffic cameras to fine traffic light violations on Broad Street.

In the last four years eight Individuals have been struck by moving vehicles and the intersection is unsafe. We demand these safety modifications to be made so that both we and the community we serve be safe from harm.
