Internship Tools down till Minister addresses demands

intern currently working under challenging conditions, we're deeply concerned about the future prospects interns in Botswana. We are contributing significantly to our respective fields, yet many of us are paid inadequately, with little or no assurance of being absorbed into permanent roles after our internships.
Internships are meant to be stepping stones that lead to fulfilling careers. Instead, they often leave us in a state of uncertainty, struggling to make ends meet on insufficient stipends. This situation is especially troubling when considering the cost of living in today's economy. In addition, the lack of a clear career path post-internship further exacerbates this uncertainty. Therefore we request the minister of Labour and Home Affairs to formally address on the intent to absorb us with a specific timeline, the roll out of the new revamped internship programme and it's clear timeline. Lastly when will the allowance move from 1900 to 4000
