We at Talking Rock Creek Resort have been suffering with Internet speeds at only 1MB Download while paying the same price as someone with a far better speed for too long. In this day and age it is absolutely remarkable to have speeds this slow. With the Internet being such a huge part of our lives, both personal and business, a decent speed is required. Satellite is a poor choice and way to pricey for normal use. We have phone lines here already and internet through them. We desperately need Frontier Communications to upgrade their equipment so that we can receive the same service for the same price as others using Frontiers services.

In an effort to persuade Frontier to give us this service we ask that all Talking Rock Creek Resort property owners add their name to this list. If you own property out here please sign. Even if you do not currently use Frontier for Internet, or use another poor option such as Satellite or Mobile. By upgrading Frontier's equipment and providing a normal speed, instead of sub-standard, we would want to come to Frontier for this service.

We are paying a higher price for lower quality of service and it is appalling. We have been hearing about "planning to upgrade" for years. It is time Frontier put out the investment and upgrade. We demand a quality service that we are not receiving. No person should be at Internet speeds of only 1MB. Let's see if Frontier cares about the People and Quality of Service or the Money.
