The Indian community is growing in Hoofddorp. To facilitate the kids from Indian community international school is necessary. It is important for the kids to learn the curriculum which is recognised in India. Once the kids go back it becomes a problem to settle back in Indian school due to weak language skills and dutch is neither recognised nor needed in India.

I can clearly see the need for an international school in Haarlemmermeer region because of the fact that many expats have moved to this region in the last few years because of the growing demand for IT experts around Schiphol and also due to the fact that this region has grown a lot in the few years with new organisation opening there offices in and around Hoofddorp. Today the only option is to go to Amsterdam or Leiderdorp which is practically tough as we have to brave through the traffic each morning to reach school on time before we drive all the way back to our offices. In addition, not everybody who comes to NL can wait for 2 or 3 years before they get a place for there kid in the international school !!!

Absolutely necessary to have an International School in Haarlemmermeer, specially considering the development which has taken place in last few years, excellent location and connectivity and the (increasingly) presence of large number of international companies - the only fact which holds expats from relocating to the place is lack of International School.

Space is an issue in Amsterdam , hence the problem of expanding in densely populated areas.
