Our Board of Directors of Spring Creek Village Amenities Corp. has taken it upon themselves to borrow money without the share holders vote (51%) and then raised our fees to pay for two loans and an attorney's fee. This is misconduct of our Board of Directors. The loan came from another Board of Director which is inapproperiate. This is just one of many things that they are doing withour our knowledge. List of other inappropriate activities will be given to a unbias attorney to investigate the Boards actions.
