Either remove the option to report for intentionally feeding or make it so that those cases are sent to Riot employees only. Most people these days think that somebody going 0-3 is intentionally feeding or trolling when in actual fact, they've probably been countered or as we all know, MMR is absolutely broken in normals for some reason so they're probably meeting people much better than them.
