Hard to believe how it can be described as a minor variance. We already have some examples of this in the neighborhood, and it would be nice if new builds were a little more in keeping with the existing look and feel.

No more monster homes... certainly updated homes but not the overpowering homes like happened on Westshore and Oklahoma. Disgusting.

This community of ours is beautiful with history. They are building all of theses ‘monster’ homes which, in my opinion, don’t fit in with our landscape.
