With cuts around Redbridge, thieves are taking advantage of lack of policing around Ilford South, and the rise in burglaries has been unprecedented. Every morning there is report of a break-in on some road or another. It has gone on for far too long. Residents are installing alarms and cctv, yet to no avail. We NEED visible police patrol! We need 24 hour surveillance in all honesty, but doubt that will be permitted. We live in constant fear and our children becoming prisoners in their own homes.
