The unit owners of Crescent Manor Condominium located at 411 S. Crescent Drive, Hollywood, FL 33021, would like to have NO PARKING sign installed in the swale area in front of our condo building. There is limited parking in the area and an assisted living facility directly across the street. We want to prevent vehicles from damaging our trees and irrigation system caused by vehicles parking in the swale.
