Even as a start , I'm sure for the liberal minded this isn't near enough. This would be a great addition for all schools on many levels.

We need to be able to let our children get their educations free from fear of violence and metal detectors are an important part of that equation. Let's do ALL that we can to make this community and our children safe!

All schools should have police officers in school at all times at least 2 of them and should all have metal detours for the safty of all kids and teachers...

Absolutely! Also armed Resource Officers back or stable Vets. Any Employee who has a permit to carry by all means with training for such tragic acts should be allowed to carry on RCS grounds as should parents to sports events with the same training. ANYTHING to save our children and staff. GOD FORBID. PRAY FOR THEIR SAFETY!

My kids go to school here and I think its a great idea...Along with allowing teachers to carry a firearm in order to protect the students.

I feel that random or all teachers who have Gun Permits should be allowed to pack. No one would know which ones were packing and which ones were not. And they have a right to defend there themselves and their students.
