I am saddened by the loss of such a young life. My thoughts and prayers are with his loved ones. Yet, I am proud of this effort to increase the safety of a well travelled part of Chula Vista.

I think of this young man almost everyday. I live off this road and drove by when the police were out. I have young kids. I am personally more cautious when driving and everyone else should be too. I can tell he was very loved and had great friends. I commend you for doing this.
