The track at 39/47 in Chelsea AL is a blind curve. When the sun is shining in your face you can hardly tell if the lights are flashing or not. There are two schools and numerous neighborhoods in this area which means there is a lot of traffic at this crossing. This is a dangerous location and someone has already died. Please install gates at this location so that if people don't see the lights or hear the train they will at least see the arms.
