this should have been done years ago, there isn't even a crossing patrol here anymore because of Oldham councils penny pinching ways

I work right next to the crossing and it is so dangerous, it needs to change now! young children cross that road to get to schools and it takes all this for it to change its a disgrace. !!

I think it is about time that they put a pelican crossing in place of the zebra crossing. How many more tragic accidents is it going to take for something to be done about this.
