This has been needed for years, before i moved here i myself drove straight over the crossing without seeing it until i had passed. Obvious sympathy for the girls and their families, but i also sympathise with the driver. I first hand know how easily this can happen. Red lights can be seen must easier.

How many more accidents must happen here. The lighting is poor and the positioning makes it difficult to see people depending on the light and the weather ie sun.

Too many deaths and injuries at this crossing, it's bad enough that someone has died but at Christmas it's even worse. Come on Oldham Council sort out this crossing and stop this kind of tragedy happening again.

It's a defant must cause to many people are being killed the poor girls family and the couple from the other year when she lost her life and her husband lost his sight x
