Thoughts are with the family of the 12 year old girl who has just lost her life as well as the family of Lynn Steele! This crossing should have been changed after her death. RIP.x

its awfull poor girl they should put a pelican crossing here as how many young children/people cross everyday have the time van men can't be arsed to wait for people to cross poor girl an her family rip

Moved to Shaw in 1977. Beautiful people and a beautiful community who are always together when tradegy strikes. Please put in a pelican crossing as too many accidents have occured

It's ridiculous, how many more crashes is it going to take before they actually do something, that's 2 fatalities (that I know of) now, what a young life taken, just before Christmas, so sad...

i no longer live in Oldham but seeing stories like this bring me home. something must be done. I remember being younger and being scared to cross this part of the road.
