Install a Pelican Crossing on Milnrow Road Shaw, in place of the Zebra Crossing

think its disgusting that a young girl has lost her life on a notorious crossing , its about time the pelican was installed , a life is worth any ammout of money , so get off your fat over paid arses and get it installed now
