The organizers have officially confirmed that the Instagram convention will move forward as we envisioned. It is a quiet relief to see our collective interest lead to such a tangible result. I look forward to seeing how the community shapes this space now that our goal is reality.

Seeing this idea resonate with so many people confirms that there is a genuine desire for us to gather in person. This growing momentum suggests that we are ready to move beyond the screen and build something tangible together.

The feedback I have received shows that many people are looking for a physical space to discuss digital culture beyond the screen. I am currently reaching out to event coordinators to see if such a gathering is logistically possible in the current climate.

Watching the count grow reminds me that many others share this vision for a physical space dedicated to our digital community. If we reach the hundred signature mark before the end of the day, I believe we will have the necessary attention to begin serious planning.

seems like a good idea but on your insta you said your trying to see if it can be held near new york SEEMS like its benefiting yourself and not us what about us who dont live near there we did a petiton on where to have it and it seems as ifyou dont care. I would be surprised if instagram goes through with this considering most of the account there will be violating the rule

I think it would be awesome to meet the people wind the instagram accounts, and get to know people better.
I've talk to some amazing people and this might be where I can meet them!
