He needs to be let free n the real person must be found. It is unfair to him and family who have to go threw this. Bring this case back in and close it. He has lost some life time of being free and being able to do something w his life. The state has to start being more careful and stop just wanting to make families feel as they had justice then accusing a wrong person just to close the case. No justice no peace. FREE DIONI

Most black young don’t take their case to trial. They likely settle for plea deal. Instead he took it to trial because he knew he was was innocent. Once agin the police/da corrupt tactic work and prevail on a wrongful conviction that need to be appeal.......
