This man's convictions are aggregious. The state is abusing power vis a vis it's law enforcement to secure an arrest in lieu of actual justice. They could have thrown the book at anyone. It's disgraceful and a shame, but most of all it's pitiful. Your handling of this case is pitiful. This man should never have been arrested or detained, and the system, frought with institutional and systemic racism, fails again. The sad aspect is that I am unsurprised by the justice system's incompetence. You are disgraceful. Miscarriage of justice is euphemistic now. Neoliberalism. That's the word. Neoliberalism.
