We the undersigned believe there is a urgent need for constructing the inner belt loop. We do not support any further delays in the construction of this much needed project. We want to see the City of Billings and Council follow through on the commitment made to begin construction of the Inner Belt Loop this Spring of 2011. Delaying this is delaying the inevitable and continues to threaten the security and safety of Billings residents.
