The spirit of the issue the community has with recent sales practices and releases is the feeling of bait and switch on new characters and artifacts that do more damage than intended, continue to be sold and hyped for months at a time, and are then nerfed without any proactive communication that what had been sold was identified as defective. The community wants to see the following: 1. Address the Android multiple and lost account debacle 2. Eliminate unusual gameplay errors for players that have spent money (we should never get this) 3. Launch new tier 9 & 10 league raids or refresh this mode altogether (make it more challenging rather than nerf sold characters & artifacts which feels deceptive for many) 4. Unnerf Batman With Laugh, Beta Club and Batarangs Synergy 5. Going forward, launch a site that shows identified bugs for new characters & artifacts so it’s clear that what’s being sold is defective and likely to be fixed in an upcoming release. 6. What they do in the game wouldn’t stand if they were selling physical products. Bait and switch is what it amounts to, and I’ve spent $100s over four years.

I’ve deleted the game and won’t reinstall until solo raids again have shared atk. Fix JBs to provide the FA attack you promised. Make Vixen have the damage boost you advertised and we purchased and built. Add an artifact chest so that F2P have a chance. Drop solo artifacts at higher lvls in solo raids. Stop being so greedy and squeezing the life blood out of your players with relentless nerfs and P2W artifact chance chests. Make improvements to other parts of the game instead of release disposable solos every two months.

Make nrs a home for players. I joined you guys last year and it’s so much fun I use to marvel contest of champions where I spend tons of dollars due to their greedy mind set I quit I hope you will not play with my feelings to quit the game cheers!
