Alright let's get this straight. He was demoted for. Reason. He should not have done what he did, and it caused him to lose his rank. Demotion from voice is not that big a deal, and he can always earn it back if he truly wishes. A petition won't work.
Example:
Hey Zarel, 1000 PS users signed saying I should be admin! Make it happen.
His response would obviously be "Lol nope"
Petitions don't always work, and you can't always get what you want. Just drop it.
