NO TO PARKING ENFORCEMENT IN INGRESS PARK

Couldn't agree more with this. It is ridicolous. All of us are paying for something none of us even want.

My daughter has recently moved into a flat . I visited for about 20mins parked in a visitors bay. unbeknown to me I received a ticket placed on my windscreen. Which I have now received photographic evidence. It was removed before I returned to my car. Maybe by an angry resident. I have now received a letter advising I owe £100 as initial ticket not paid.

The parking is absolutely ridiculous and the issuing of tickets in the middle of the night is absurd. We are moving off the development and I will be glad to get away from the parking nightmare.

Came to collect said needed scratch card to pay for parking in visitors bay but did not say where I could get one from

It doesn't say where we can get these scratch cards from at all - I'm new to the area, can anyone help?!

Me and my partner have just moved to the development, we both work in southeast London and need our cars for work, we have one allocated parking space between the two of us, today after moving In 3weeks ago I have received a pcn, I am 6months pregnant, and already have to park away from where we live, this is rediculous, I cannot believe we wasn't told about this on viewing the place and making a point to let the agent know we have two cars!!

My Boyfriend lives on 27 Carmichael Ave and every time I visit him I have to fill the scratch card in which I hate . There are so many rules and its so easy to get it wrong and end up with a fine . I out the wrong day on and got a fine. Its so upset me I don't want to visit him again.

We used to live in ingress park and had several issues with the parking. My brother and I work at the hospital and every time we returned home after long hours at work our parking would be occupied by someone else's car . Where did the ingress park management expect us to park our vehicle... ???There was no clear communication on when the rules for the parking changed and no circulars were sent out to say where can the scratch cards be available.. it's an utter disgrace that they try and extort so much money from hardworking honest citizens of this country... I am thankfully no longer a resident of ingress park but would still go ahead with signing this petition for the amount of money they have falsely charged us .

I agree with what has already been said and how ridiculous the parking is in IP and especially the new parking permit scheme !

The restrictions havve gone too far and the company is just making money out if the situation now and no helping the residents.

Absolute joke! Who the hell do FP and PCM think they are! 5 visitors per month and charged for the privilege! All they are doing is targeting the small areas of IP still controlled by PCM as the majority is now controlled by Dartford Council so they're not making the money they are used to! Disgusting we should be expected to put up with this!

The lack of road marking is also a concern, after moving into the the area i park my car on a road void of any markings only to be left with a ticket.

Fully support this petition. Having recently moved to the area I am amazed that the parking situation has got to such a stage! We are not living in Central London so don't need such strict restrictions. Totally agree that this is an unnecessary "tax" burden on all residents.

Madness, was looking to live in the estate but have been put off.

Parking in the area is a joke and the lack of help from firstport who have legal authority to drop any charges made by PCM if there is a genuine reason makes the whole situation a lot worse. PCM is a horrible threatening company who will stamp a ticket on any vehicle they can get their hands on and firstport couldnt care any less about the people in the properties they managage. Together it makes a horrible situation for everyone and I believe it would just be best to remove the enforcement all together as it clearly can not be carried out in a sensible manner.

I counted 75 empty spaces today in the PCM bays at the bottom end of ingress park. £1 a ticket is robbery. And who are they to dictate that I can only have 60 visitors a year !!!

The parking issues need a new clear thinking person who can find a sensible alternative to allow residents to park in all the empty visitors bays at the lower end of ingress Park It’s ridiculous that only certain areas are ticked ? We obey the parking rules but struggle when friends or family wish to visit

A average household has been registered as having 2/3 cars now, so why do most houses have 1 space? SAVE OUR ESTATE

Only allowed one car??? How many families these days only have one car?

Where I used to live was horrific for parking. This is a new level. I feel blessed to live in an apartment where only one designated space is required at the moment.

2nd ticket for no reason at all, outraged! I can't afford to spend money on this kind of luxury. It's 2 week's forth of food! For God's sake do something!

I completely agree, the parking situation is disgusting, I strongly agree in this petition. Please Do Something about it.

It's annoying as we have 2 cars in our household and we always get fined for parking somewhere or our cars vandalised

I have lived here 10 yrs with no problems parking in my road since the parking restrictions vp bays are empty but the roads curbs and corner parking are becoming very dangerous , my drive is too small and can’t get out my car due to being disabled when parked on my drive .

I am a cleaner for one of the residents at closely place I’ve been parking there every Wednesday morning for months suddenly I get a ticket last week never knew there was parking in Enforcement in place just thought you could park in the visitors parking bay I’m only there for two hours I earn £20 I came out and I had a parking ticket, my point is I have no way of getting a scratchcard visitors permit because the owner isn’t aware of it and I cannot pay online so I cannot visit the premises to clean so you have my vote

Something needs to change. I am a resident and even a have a permit, can’t even pop upstairs to my property and grab some bits without getting a fine. Ridiculous

Dreadful parking here ticket prices when parking almost come as much as mortgage over the year .

I live on Liverymen walk we just want to park outside our own garages but are getting ticketed there

Not enough free parking spaces for residents. Too many empty spaces not used they should be free to residents

I cause not obstruction or inconvenience and park my car outside my house after 7pm and gone very early am and am now receiving parking tickets I now have to park away from my house and in no doubt inconveniencing others by using a parking someone else would like to use This is ridiculous

My partner lives on the estate, i am disabled with a blue badge, yet i have to use a permit to park as close as possible , but my part er is only allowed 20 permits a year, the whole situation is a joke,

Why is it yet again the motorist that are being targeted. Maybe wage cuts to the highest earner will go a long way. And people who are given help toward there council tax. That should be an auto direct payment from the DWP into the council coffers.

I park infront of the gate which leads to the my garage. Due to having to come and go so often it is easier to park there, it is not blocking anything or obstructing any roads. There are no signs and in the span of 2 weeks I got 3 parking tickets.

Many people park inconsiderately but a relaxation of restrictions could be helpful as could the painting of more yellow lines in places where access is sometimes made difficult.
