This petition demands that the INGM321 semestertest should be remarked with marks to be allocated for the method and not the precise answers.

Updates

October 2, 2019

I have been hearing from many of you that the current grading method is punishing students who understand the core concepts but missed a final digit. Send an email to the department head today to demand that they prioritize our process over these rigid answer keys.

October 2, 2019

We hit our first major milestone today and the pressure on the department is building. Email your professor right now to demand a transparent grading policy for our methods.

With only one test counting and errors early on leading to errors being carried through i believe the method need to be seen as more important than the precise answers

Moeilik om deelname te kry met net een toets wat tel. Veral as klein foute gemaak was by elke vraag

The semester test wasn't marked according to the method and thus only one error causes a lot of lost marks

If the first test mark allocation is not addressed then when writing second opportunity, the best of between the two should count towards the participation with the full mark obtained not the maximum marks allowed (say 50% if a person obtained 70%). Just like other modules where the best count
