As well I want to add that WFH is a benefit for the company and the employees as our Job is actually made to deliver the work remotely. I would be happy to continue working remotely in general and keep up the team spirit with regular meetings.
A compensation for the additional cost is actually provided by most of the Coporate Companies in Barcelona and it seems odd that Infor cannot keep up the same spirit of care-taking as well.

Very well done to those who wrote this. Very well put and addresses some extremely important issues everybody at Infor Barcelona are facing and will continue to face for the forseeable future. I strongly agree with all the statements in this letter and sincerely hope Infor Barcelona takes these issues onboard and acts on them accordingly.
