It's a no brainer! What a great band. My first gig at the City Hall in Cork in 1980, I thought I had died and gone to heaven. And Phil was the coolest frontman, oh happy days!

Thin Lizzy and particularly Phil Lynott, were an important part of my teenage years and into my 20's and beyond- saw them play live many times, and I recognised the great interaction between them and us - Phil was the Showman, and the Thin Lizzy sound was unique.
Thin Lizzy Live is still one of my favourite ever albums, exciting when it was first released, and hopefully as exciting to those discovering it today.
I visited the Phil Lynott 'Still in love with you' exhibition numerous times in Dublin and also London- where I saw fans of many ages visiting , plus the videos of respected musicians of different ages and genres revealing why Phil/ Thin Lizzy influenced them!
So, yes - Thin Lizzy deserve a place in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
