They are just as important to today's music as nirvana and pearl jam are. I have always loved the vocal harmonies of both Staley and Cantrell. I've always been a fan of the bass playing from both Mike Starr and Mike Inez. It would be a great way to honor Layne and Mike Starr and their legacies

Alice in chains are deserving of the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame . From grunge pioneers to Rock n Roll Icons .. Alice in Chains have influenced many of today's bands . There 1996 Unplugged is the greatest live performance of all time .. There relevance today is inspirational to the memories of Layne Staley and Mike Starr. With no end in sight Alice in chains dedication and love for music should keep them rocking for some time ..
