inDrive passenger fares in Zimbabwe.

I am Michael not hapy about prices which Indrive change me as a drive 11.49% its too much i left with nothing after trip

1)Your fares are no longer fair as compared to roads status in Zimbabwe and fuel costs 2)Drivers are not safe from the customers, try to register our passenger in a way that they provide their full documents like what you request from drivers, passengers must use their correct names, register with their registered phone numbers 3) Add waiting time, at least $1 per 10mins 4) Be careful on penalties that you gave us drivers due to falls ratings from passengers 5) Lastly but not least, provide a platform where you mix and mingle with your drivers because are the ones who makes your application work otherwise you will loose the opportunity by next year.

You're enslaving us...You're killing the brand we survived on because definitely we are going to do anything possible to survive

The fares are no longer fair to us to such an extent of travelling 12km for $5 it's no longer making sense anymore

The passenger fares have always being too low, the situation has further being exercerbated by increased commission charges. Consider that fuel in Zim is very expensive and poor quality (blended) and hence it efficiently propers to high consumption per kilometer. We would love this to be a win win thing.
