The fares are really low and it makes the venture non profitable and it’ll only result in damaging our vehicles because of poor returns and expensive fuel in Zimbabwe is also a factor ergo this notion of continuously escalating the charges makes it difficult for the drivers to operate

What we need is Indrive to adjust their prices because, if things remaining like what it be now, we're going nowhere

1.Indrive fare don't not meet the standards to maintain car and care drivers life 2.Drivers are not safe and secure 3 Should regulate every local trip less 3Km /$3usd . Kilometres should be changed $1/km

Better pricing for better service 60 cents per km should be the least price

Please review our fares as they really aint accommodating. This havent been fair to the drivers as we are travelling for long distances with small amounts.

We also encourage you to provide the customer with a maximum price from which they may negotiate downwards. This way we may be able to fetch higher fares because in most cases when presented with the minimum fare the customers still drive the price downwards. (Yes the application is not restricting prices to the minimum as envisaged) Though you may say we should feel free to reject the prices that we feel are not economically viable some actors will accept them. Which is fine. However, this is not sustainable because 1. Over the long term drivers will not be able to replace their vehicles or keep them upto a high standard your brand needs to be associated with. 2. There will be more incidents of drivers renegotiating fares leaving customers with a bad taste from using your application. 3. By marginalising the drivers you provide room for other players to make inroads into a market where you hold the most significant market share. (This same mistake was made by your predecessors) 4.You give drivers an incentive to woo customers off the application reducing your long term revenue potential We encourage you to appoint a country liason who knows the conditions we face in trying to provide services. This way we can easily communicate issues that are important to us and the industry
