Good day indrive management i hope this finds everyone in right state.i am waiting this letter to notify you as the management of in in Zimbabwe, the day to day running costs of the vehicle and the state of roads here requires a reasonable amount of money per kilometer I've realized from the time indrive was launched the prices have dropped almost 50 percent and your commission still remains the same, you went on to introduce a 1,5 VAT to the driver and the driver is not the end user of the platform the driver is just a service provider client should be charged VAT for their trip.in the long run i don't see we can be able to fix the cars when they breakdown because the money we are earning is being channeled back to your platform as well as fuel the vehicle since we are driving long and paid little.the other thing is Data bundles every week $13. In conclusion for indrive to work for the drivers the platform should adjust their fares according to what I've mentioned above otherwise we can not continue to operate at a loss and will hinder indrive from success in Zimbabwe, it has to be a win win.

Good day Pricing too low compared to kilometres driven because we pay indrive commission and fuel then the driver will have nothing at the end of the trip. Kindly adjust prices to be fairer for drivers Kind regards
