As a driver im very disappointed with the way indrive is operating in our country, it started offering relatively fair prices compared to the traditional taxi system and the passengers satisfied, after taking ahold af the bigger share of the market they started to continuously reduce the fares to get rid of competition but not taking into consideration the expenses incurred by the driver/operator. If they cant adjust their pricing to cater for their partners (drivers/operators) it will be better to shutdown operations in Zimbabwe.

Charges are too low and indrive has increased its take on drivers instead of increasing fares, minimum should be $3

The fares are too low for the Zimbabwean environment. The cost of operating is too high. The drivers are crying

Fares are unfavourable to drivers, bad state of Zim roads leaves a lot to be desired
