Some factors to consider Zimbabwe has the highest inflation in World, Fuel price averages $1.50 USD per and this is blend petrol, Vehicle licence, insurance and radio licence costs $105.00 USD per term of 4 months and this is 3rd part insurance cover, full cover is more that just to mention a few.

Minimum fares needs to be raised to at least 5 km less than the total kilometers. For example if the trip is 30km minimum fare should be $25 given a situation that you may fail to get a client on your way back
