Fares are now too low and unrealistic

May we have the minimum charges urgently revised. Most of the passengers are editing these fares to as little as they can but unfortunately because of competition amongst the drivers you will only realize the distance after you have accepted the ride hence most rides will be cancelled

Application shuld not alow to go down the recomended fee, also $3 minimum charge not $2

Please please try to raise your fare in Zimbabwe at least 0.8 per kilometer it will works try this if you want to grow

I am asking for a review on the fares you are offering in Zimbabwe particularly in Harare. They aren't sustainable for us as drivers

The commission is too high and the price are too low that’s so unfair

The driver's concerns haven't been taken into consideration. Fares keepi getting low, service payment keeps getting high leaving the drivers with little to go by.

Base charges should be atleast 80c per km

We're struggling to survive with the current rates

Indrive management should act on this petition and from the looks of things, the indrive team is adamant and this will in the bear future lead to the failure of their operations in Zimbabwe.
