The owners and residents at Indigo Green have taken notice of a proposed development of a luxury hotel just below Indigo Green.
Based on the information presented, the projected development of a high-end hotel and related amenities at Indigo Bay Estates would diversify and upgrade St. Maarten’s entire tourism industry, as well as generate new jobs and new tax income for the Country. This is most needed, especially during these trying times.
The low elevation of the resorts roofs as represented by the hotel developer will assure that we still have our ocean views.
We also believe that the resort further improves Indigo Bay and the proposed improvements to the beach are greatly needed.
The presented quality of the proposed hotel development and amenities in the opinion of the owners and residents at Indigo Green will be a tremendous asset to us, to the other residents of Indigo Bay, and to the island in general.
The owners and residents at Indigo Green herewith affix their signatures in explicit support of the proposed hotel development, as an expression of their approval and endorsement.

The feedback from neighbors has been exhausting to process while we wait for official word from the developers. I am spending my hours tracking down the recent project filings to ensure our support remains visible to the board. It is a long process but we are staying focused on the end goal.

Reaching this level of support has been a long and exhausting process for us all. It is clear now that the residents remain firm in wanting this project to move forward for the benefit of our bay. We are tired but we are not backing down.

We believe that this is a truly valuable project for the entire Indigo Green and we support it on the condition that the developer sticks to promises and does not increase the floors of the buildings. We also really hope that the developer will provide access to the beach for members of the Indigo Green community.
This proposal is well thought out and will be a huge benefit for the Indigo residents but it will also have positive economic benefits too, bringing necessary tourism to the island of St Maarten.

I'm supporting this project. I believe this will be very useful for the economy of the SXM and Indigo Bay Community. I hope the developer will fulfill his promises regarding the number of storeys and the noise of the construction site will not greatly annoy the residents.
