We, the students of Indiana State University, petition to increase graduation tickets per person from 5 to 15. A couple of other options to accommodate everyone could be for the graduate program to go at one time and the undergraduate program go at another time on May 3, 2014.
Or have each college go at a specific time on May 3, 2014 (i.e., College of Technology 12 p.m., College of Science 2 p.m. and so forth)

Graduating from college is a huge experience not only for students but their families as well. Students should be able to invite everyone that has supported them along the way. This experiment on the graduation class of spring 2014 is unacceptable and should be thought out more in advance and take in to consideration of the students who go to school here and earn their degree from Indiana State University. Also for the students who have a considerably large amount of family members as well at the Terre Haute community who would also like to honor graduates during commencement.

I should not have to pick and choose which members of my family can't come. The university knew if overcrowding was an issue well beforehand. We should not have to limit our friends and family because the university failed to plan properly.

I graduated from Arizona State University 73000 students we we not restricted on invites because each school has a convocation and the university holds a commencement. Families support these students and they deserve to see their graduate. Do better ISU

Most people have more than 5 people in their immediate family, let alone inviting others that have helped them along the way. I think it is inconsiderate to only have 5 tickets to graduation. I believe splitting up the graduations would be a better alternative.

I have my two best friends who have been there for me and my five family members. My fiance wants to bring in his family too who have supported him and five tickets is not enough. There are other solutions such as splitting up the ceremony or having it at the stadium outside.

please let these graduates be able to share this great accomplishment with their family members of their choice and not limit them. Many times they are the first to graduate college in their family and everyone needs to be a part as this can inspire others to do the same.

This is absolutely ridiculous. Indiana State University serves a large population of African-Americans who are first generation college students. With this being said, they will have more than 5 people who would like to come witness such a monumental moment.
