“The Supreme Court, in tossing the Texas lawsuit that was joined by seventeen states and 106 US congressmen, have decreed that a state can take unconstitutional actions and violate its own election law. Resulting in damaging effects on other states that abide by the law, while the guilty state suffers no consequences. This decision establishes a precedent that says states can violate the US constitution and not be held accountable. This decision will have far reaching ramifications for the future of our constitutional republic. Perhaps law-abiding states should bond together and form a Union of states that will abide by the constitution.”

This petition seeks to bring awareness to the fact that we, the people of the great state of Indiana, will not tolerate the infringement of our civil liberties that the ignorance and failure to acknowledge the Constitutional inconsistencies that plagued the 2020 Election carries with it. We, the people of Indiana, wish to stand with the great state of Texas in forming a union in which the Constitution of the United States of America is upheld.

January 16, 2021

Seeing the momentum grow this week has been heavy but validating. It is clear that the frustration with the way things are going reaches far beyond my own front door.

This has nothing to do with Trump, Biden, Democrats or the election. People have the moral right to choose peaceful political divorce for any reason. They need to have the legal right as well.

I’m also willing to consider joining with any connecting conservative states as well.

My wife and I are planning to move to southern Indiana from Arizona. Are we to be unified with states like CA or NY? No. You can't get along wth these people. Understand what New York is: a hostile foreign power. Interesting how they accuse us of being imperialists. It is they who seek to sabotage and ruin and take over. It is they who bully and demand submission.

Why are we allowing the entire country to be run by California representatives? Pelosi, Schiff, Harris, Feinstein. We did not vote for these people and they do not represent our values.

This is no light decision to make, but I think that Middle America, including Texas (of course), could form a country more in tune with the needs, and wishes of the people.

I agree that Indiana should join other Red states, including Texas, and form a “patriot states of America” Blue states and Washington D.C. are too globalist and leftist too be changed.

Communists are clearly all in to take over America and the world. The devil himself is a proud democrat. Biden has been a great champion for Mexico and other countries.
