It's breaking families apart myself included and too expensive for the services online. It's very unfair especially when you are traveling more than 4 hours to see your loved one. Stop IDOC from taking away the privileges from the inmates and their families. How can you really be able to keep the bond?

I want to see the inmates get their privileges back it’s unfair that they can not hold their children or hug and kiss their loved ones

Stop IDOC from taking away the privileges from the inmates and their families. They say they want to these men and women to be able to keep the bond they share with their loved ones and to be ready to go back into society. Taking away these privileges is only going to cause aggression, and the video visitation is only making the state even more rich while the families may not be able to afford the cost that GTL is going to charge us to visit our loved ones

Bring back the family unit for the inmates of our state. Allow family and friends to connect again and allow the children to feel the loving touch of their parent.
