i strongly believe that if country like India has to be top in Education, all taxes , tds , service tax has to be first abolished on e_books and e_journals .

E-Learning with latest knowledge will be possible only through E-Libraries. I also strongly agree that Exemption require to be granted for subscription of e-books and e-journals

I think no TDS should be imposed on e-books/journals for purchase/subscription because it may reduce exploring/developing advance education of indian nation.ce education of the

I agree that resources should not be made more expensive for non-profit institutions. The product is the same, its just the medium that has changed.

E-knowledge resources are well positioned to support Indian Science and their researchers since many are Open and therefore freely available for everyone to read and re-use. Please exempt them.

Young generation is great asset for development of India. E-libraries is a future source of new generation knowledge and development. It is " must need" to withdraw taxes on e-library and its growth too. Our Humble request to Honarable Minister to look in to the matter for positive action!!!!!!!!!!

TDS should be revamped to facilitate Indian society to lay a sound foundation for " Open Knowledge Society" in present era to prove real inheritors of Knowledge Creators, Disseminators and Assimilators from Ancient Times with Changing Technology, Ethos and Rich Values.
